After my enquiry he came to visit us within a few days to discuss our project and provide a quote. Denis and his colleague started the job quickly as requested and completed job in time scale provided. He even did a few little extra bits for us, no problem. We are very pleased with the finish. From turning up to quote with relatively short notice to working with me through several versions of what I needed doing. We had a relatively complex situation where old tenants were moving out and new in. We did not not for sure the work that was going to be required and prepared for all eventualities. Once we had our Window Denis reacted quickly and re-quoted fairly ensuring that he worked within my tight window and over the weekend. Came round at short notice and was most obliging in conducting a thorough inspection to check everything was sorted and working as intended. He was prompt and gave us a quote and was able to complete the whole flat in just 5 days with 2-3 people per day. We also had to leave the country at the end of the painting and he came back to remove the painters tape and ensure everything was looking good before he left the keys.
